The author's personal journey with anxiety and panic attacks lends credibility to the book's advice, making it relatable. The practical approach is providing readers with actionable strategies to ease anxiety and boost confidence. There is a lot of information here so this is not a book you should devour in one sitting. Be patient and take from it what you need, otherwise, it could be overwhelming. Overall, it is a valuable and comprehensive guide that you can use to improve your life, and that’s worth five stars for me.

I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy. The first part read like a textbook explaining a lot about the disorders which I felt could have been left out or shortened. Most of us who are reading this, are already familiar with what they are and looking for other methods to alleviate the symptoms for relief. I would like more focus on remedies instead of definitions.

I think it can be of great help if we do practice it.

I received this book in the mail about an hour ago and I can’t put it down. My mind is reeling with names of all the people I want to send this book to. First and foremost, I will be sending this book to my own 16 year-old grandson. My instincts tell me this book should be in every home, school and in every library. We know that if people have mental healthcare, there will be less gun violence. As I read this book I feel it’s indispensable information to help individuals claim their coping style. Please order it. Please read it. Please share it. We just might be able to empower people to know how to create a better quality of life. And, since we live in such a violent society, we could actually save a life.
